| 摘 要： | 采用容量比例概率抽样法对闽东南沿海１１个县各抽取１２００名８－１０岁儿童进行甲状腺肿大率和尿碘水平的两项指标的调查，在莆田，福州两地观察了４３７７名新生儿脐带血ｓＴＳＨ水平，福清，福州两寺对１７１３名儿童的智力水平进行了测量。结果表明：１１个县儿童的甲状腺肿大率在１６．４４％至４１．０８尿碘水平均均低于１００μｇ／Ｌ，莆田，福州两地新生儿脐带ｓＴＳＨ〉５ｍＩＵ／Ｌ略占２４．４％和２３．３％；智力
