数字减影血管造影应用于缺血性脑血管病介入治疗的护理

摘    要:目的:探讨数字减影血管造影在缺血性脑血管病中介入治疗的价值和护理方法。方法:150例疑有缺血性脑血管病的患者均经数字减影血管造影确定部位后,再通过导管注入尿激酶、右旋糖酐以观察注药后血管影像学变化,同时检查临床症状和体征是否改善。结果:150例疑有缺血性脑血管病的患者中,有116例(占77.4%)显示脑血管异常改变,96例脑动脉狭窄或闭塞病变者行介入灌注治疗后,即刻观察肌力变化有不同程度提高,无1例发生护理并发症。结论:数字减影血管造影能够提高缺血性脑血管病的检出率,是评价脑血管狭窄、闭塞和选择治疗方案的金标准,它对缺血性脑血管病的进一步治疗起着关键性的作用,良好的护理配合是数字减影血管造影成功的因素之一。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the nursing method and value of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) as interference treatment for ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD). Method: The doubtful ICVD patients of 150 cases were made sure the disease position by DSA and then the urokinase and dextran were infused through a tube, so as to observe the angiographic change and simultaneously to check the changes of clinical symptoms and signs. Result: Of 150 cases doubtful ICVD patients, 116 cases (77.4% ) had exception cerebrovascular change. A total of 96 cases patients, who suffered from narrow of cerebral artery or cerebral arterial occlusion, were carried out the interference treatment of infusion and then the change of myodynamia was observed. The myodynamia had, to some extent, improved without nursing complications found. Conclusion: The DSA could promote the recall rate of ICVD, which is a necessary standard for evaluating the narrow of cerebral artery and cerebral arterial occlusion and also is necessary for the choice of treatment plan. It is very important for the further treatment of ICVD and the sound nursing care is one of the successful factors for DSA.
