用玻璃体切除技术对玻璃体脱入前房的外伤白内障的治疗

目的：探讨用玻璃体切除技术对外伤后白内障晶体皮质与脱入前房的玻璃体相混杂的手术治疗效果,方法：采用玻璃体切除器经角膜缘切除混杂有玻璃体的外伤性白内障。结果：经该术式手术切除45例,追踪观察6－24个月,矫正视力0．5者占57．6％,0．4－0．1者占24．4％。结论：该术可以彻底清除前房内混浊的晶体皮质及脱入前房的玻璃体,且不发生玻璃体脱出,有利于保护角膜内皮,可减少术后炎症反应,并可同时解决其他并发症,视力恢复满意。

The application of vitrectomy technique for traumatic lens rupture with vitreous prolapse into anterior chamber

Objective: To explore the effect of vitrectomy in the treatment of traumatic lens rupture with vitreous prolapse into anterior chamber. Methods: Using vitreous cutter to remove the traumatic cataract mixed with fragments of vitreous through the incision of limbus. Results: The 45 cases were operated and observed from 6 to 24 months. The percent of patients with corrected vision better than 0.5 was 57.6%, and the percent of patients with corrected vision between 0.1 and 0.4 was 24.4%. Conclusions: This operation does not cause the prolapse of vitreous. This procedure can protect the corneal endothelium and decrease the inflammation reaction after operation. Moreover, this operation can resolve the complications and the postoperative vision are satisfied.
