参麦注射液对脓毒症患者的保护作用

目的：了解参麦注射液在临床上对脓毒症患者的保护作用,研究参麦注射液对脓毒症患者进行保护的作用机制。方法：将60例脓毒症患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,予以常规西医对症治疗,观察组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液进行治疗。然后对患者体征,动脉血气,血常规,肝肾功能,凝血时间,GCS,Marshall,APACHEⅡ,胃肠功能,血清炎症因子水平及病死率进行观察,以比较两组疗效。结果：与对照组相比,治疗后观察组的氧合指数显著升高,其白细胞计数,凝血时间,APTT,TT,TBil指数,APACHEⅡ,血清促炎因子水平及病死率均显著降低,P〈0.01。结论：参麦注射液可降低血清促炎因子水平及病死率,对脓毒症患者的保护作用显著。

The Protection Effects of Shenmai Injection on Sepsis Patient

Objective：To acquaint the protection effects and study the mechanism of Shenmai injection to sepsis patient.Method：60 cases with sepsis were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The patients in control group were treated with general western treatment and those in observing group added the Shenmai injection,and then observed the symptoms,artery blood gas,blood daily,hepatic and renal function,clotting time,GCS,Marshall,APACHEⅡ,gastrointestine function,serum inflammation factor levels and mortality and so on,then compared the two groups’effects.Result：Compared with the control group,the observation group’s oxygenation indexes were significant increased,its leukocyte count,clotting time,APTT,TT,TBil index,APACHEⅡ and serum inflammation factor levels,and mortality were significant decreased,P〈0.01.Conclusion：Shenmai injection could decrease the level of serum inflammation factor and mortality,had protection effect significantly to sepsis patents.
