Study on Surgery of Pediatric Hernia and Clinical Anesthesia

Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of traditional surgery and minamally invasive laparoscopic surgery for pediatric henia and to find the effective drug of anesthesia. Method： 62 children with hernia treated by surgery and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, the complications, the differences of recurrence and the value and safety of inhalation anesthetic sevoflurane were observed. Result： It＇s effective for all the patients, there were no serious complications, but in the traditional surgery group there was one child relapsed after surgery. There was no serious complications about anesthesia.
