那格列奈对新发2型糖尿病糖脂代谢的影响

目的：探讨那格列奈对新发2型糖尿病糖脂代谢的影响。方法：应用那格列奈治疗52例新发2型糖尿病,测定治疗前和治疗后16周空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白。结果：治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.001）;总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与高密度脂蛋白比值较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：那格列奈能明显降低新发2型糖尿病的血糖,糖化血红蛋白,对总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与高密度脂蛋白比值也有降低作用,是治疗2型糖尿病有效、安全的药物。

The Effects of Nateglinide on Plasma Glucose and Lipid Profiles in Patients with Newly-diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

Objective：To investigate the effects of nateglinide on plasma glucose and lipid profiles in patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Method：52 newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were treated by nateglinide.Fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2 hours postprandial blood glucose（2hPG）,HbA1c,total choleterol（CHOL）,triglycerides（TG）,high-density lipoprotein（HDL） and low-density lipoprotein（LDL） were measured before and after 16 weeks treatment.Result：After treatment,FBG,2hPG,HbA1c were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.001）.CHOL,LDL and LDL/HDL were also significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05,）.No differences in TG and HDL were detected between before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Nateglinide could significantly decrease plasma glucose and HbA1c.It also could decrease CHOL,LDL and LDL/HDL,It is an effective and safe medicine.
