新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清神经元特异性烯醇酶的临床价值

摘    要:目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)的临床价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别测定HIE组63例(轻度21例,中度22例,重度20例)治疗前、后与健康对照组(22例)各组入选者血清NSE浓度。结果:治疗前、后轻度HIE患儿血清NSE浓度分别为13.49±4.37ug/L和11.47±4.15ug/L(P〈0.05,t=2.118),中度HIE患儿血清NSE浓度分别为14.95±4.58ug/L和12.21±5.28ug/L(P〈0.05,t=2.120),重度HIE患儿NSE浓度分别为15.34±4.58ug/L和12.97±5.81ug/L(P〈0.05,t=2.314),正常新生儿血清NSE浓度为9.15±4.82 ug/L,治疗前轻度、中度、重度HIE血清NSE浓度与正常儿童相比明显升高,差异有显著性意义(F=4.61,P〈0.05),且血清NSE浓度升高与HIE轻重呈正相关。结论:HIE患儿血清NSE浓度是判断HIE轻重程度与治疗效果的一项具有临床指导意义的参考指标。

The Clinical Value of Neuron-specific Enolase Concentrations in Serum of Newborn with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the neuron-specific enolase concentrations in serum of newborn with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Method:Sixty-three cases of newborn with HIE(including 21 cases mild HIE,22 cases moderate HIE,20 cases severe HIE) and the healthy control group(22 cases) were studied.The serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Result:The mean serum NSE concentrations before and after treatment in mild HIE group was 13.49±4.37ug/L and 11.47±4.15ug /L respectively(P 〈0.05,t = 2.118).in moderate HIE group was 14.95±4.58ug/L and 12.21±5.28ug/L respectively(P 〈0.05,t = 2.120).in severe HIE group was 15.34±4.58ug/L and 12.97±5.81ug/L respectively(P 〈0.05,t = 2.314),and in the normal control group was 9.15±4.82 ug / L.The mean serum NSE concentrations before treatment in HIE infants were significantly increased compared with healthy newborn,the difference was significant(F = 4.61,P 〈0.05),and it was positively correlated with the severity degree of HIE.Conclusion:The serum NSE is a good marker for the evaluation of HIE degree and the therapeutic effects.
