| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9在胶质瘤中的表达及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学法对78例石蜡包埋的胶质瘤组织和12例正常脑组织进行标记和分析。结果：MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9在正常脑组织中几乎不表达;而在胶质瘤中的阳性率分别为66%、64%、75%,联合检测率为62%,采用Spearm an进行相关性分析,它们与胶质瘤的恶性程度均呈正相关（rs=0.2671～0.5631,P〈0.05）。结论：联合检测这3个指标对判断胶质瘤的恶性程度和侵袭能力具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of MMP-1,MMP-2,and MMP-9 in patients with gliomas.Methods： Expression of MMP-1,MMP-2,and MMP-9 was assessed in paraffin-embedded specimens collected from 78 cases with gliomas and 12 normal brain tissues by immunohistochemistry.Results： MMP-1,MMP-2,and MMP-9 hardly expressed in normal brain tissues.But their expression rates in gliomas were 66 %,64 %,and 75 % respectively.Joint detection rate was 62 %.Using Spearman analysis,a significant positive correlation between the expression of MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9 and severe degree of gliomas was found.Conclusion： Joint detection of MMP-1,MMP-2,and MMP-9 may be of importance in the judgment of severe degree of gliomas. |
