| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腱鞘巨细胞瘤的影像学表现。材料与方法：回顾性分析7例经手朮及病理证实的腱鞘巨细胞瘤的影像学改变。结果：主要影像学表现是关节附近的软组织肿块/或骨的压迫或侵蝕改变。结论：根据其临床表现和X线改变特点能夠提出腱鞘巨细胞瘤的诊断。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To explore the imaging changes of Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor.Materials and Methods:The imaging findings of 7 Tenosynovial Giant Tumors patients were proved surgically and pathologically.Results:The main imaging finding are soft mass near joint and the bone compressive,aggressive change.Conclusion:Acording to the clinical appearance and the radiographic findings,the diagnosis of Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor can Be done. |
