X-刀治疗颅内疾病61例疗效分析

目的　回顾性分析 6 1例颅内肿瘤、脑动脉畸形经X 刀治疗后的临床及影像学变化。方法　利用XK 80 8X 刀系统治疗 6 1例 ,共 6 7个病灶 ,使用 132个靶点 ,单次治疗 41例 ,分次治疗 2 0例。结果　治疗后 ,6 1例中 12例发生急性放射性脑水肿 ,36例X 刀治疗后获得 (3～ 12个月 )随访 ,其中有效 2 3例 (占 6 4% ) ,无效 13例 (占 36 % )。结论　X 刀治疗颅内肿瘤及脑动脉畸形疗效肯定 ,但要严格掌握适应证 ,注意并发症 ,优化剂量选择

Curative Effect of X-Knife in 61 Cases with Intracranial Disease

Objective To retrospectively analyse the curative effect and image change on X knife treating for 61 cases with intracranial tumour and cerebral arteries deformity. Methods The 61 cases with intracranial tumour and cerebral arteries deformity were treated using XK 808 X knife system. There were foci of 67 and target spot of 132.41 cases received radiotherapy for one time, 20 cases received fractional radiotherapy. Results The acute radioactive encephaledema occurred in 12 cases after radiotherapy. 36 cases received follow up after treatment of X knife, 23 cases were effective (64%), 13 cases were ineffective (36%). Conclusion The curative effect of X knife treating intracranial tumour and cerebral arteries deformity is affirmative, and we should straitly hold indication of radiotherapy, meanwhile avoid appearance of complication and optimize radiotherapy dose.
