| 摘 要： | 对56例年龄在60岁以上的急性心肌梗塞患者的临床资料进行了回顾性的分析并复习了有关文献。作者认为:老年人急性心肌梗基在流行病学、临床表现、乒发症以及预后等方面都有不同于低年龄纽患者的特点,如老年患者住院病死率高,多数死于泵衰竭,临床症状不典型等,这对老年人急性心肌梗塞的诊断、治疗和预防极为重要。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the clinical data of 56 cases of acute myocardial infarction in the aged. The results show that the epidemlologic features, clinical manifestations, and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction in the aged are different from those in the young patients. Especially the mortality cf pump failure of the aged is higher and their clinical manifestations are not typical. All this is important for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of acute myocardial infarction in the aged. |
