滇黄芩中5种重金属残留量的测定

摘    要:目的建立滇黄芩中5种重金属(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的测定方法。方法样品经微波消解,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉、铜;采用原子荧光法测定砷、汞。结果 5种重金属的回收率为98.23%~105.98%。结论该方法简便、准确、可较好的用于滇黄芩中重金属的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for determination of five kinds of heavy metals( As、Cd、 Cu、Pb、H) in Scutellaria amoena C. H. Wrigh. Methods The samples were digested with the microwave digestion system and Pb,Cd and Cu were determined by graphite atomic absorption spectrometry and As and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescene. Results The recovery rates of five kinds of heavy metals were 98. 23 ~ 105. 98%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the five kinds of heavy metals in in Scutellaria amoena C. H. Wrigh.
