| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性炎性喉阻塞的药物综合治疗效果,降低气管切开率。方法采用药物综合治疗急性炎性喉阻塞87例,其中2-3度呼吸困难68例,3-4度19例。结果86例患者0.5-1.0 h后呼吸困难出现缓解,逐渐减轻,6.0-8.0 h后呼吸恢复正常,仅1例伴有自发性颈部皮下气肿者无效,行气管切开术,本组病例全部治愈,气管切开术率为1%。结论药物综合治疗急性炎性喉阻塞疗效明显,降低气管切开率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of drug complex treatment for acute inflamed laryngeal obstruction.Methods 87 cases with acute inflamed laryngeal obstruction,in which 68 cases with 2 to 3 degree dyspnea,and 19 cases with 3 to 4 degree dyspnea,received drug combined treatment.Results 86 cases had relieved dyspnea in 0.5 to 1 hour after drug therapy,and breathe approach to normal status after 6 to 8 hours.Only 1 case underwent tracheotomy for cervical spontaneous pneumoderma,and the rate of tracheotomy was 1%.Conclusions Drug complex treatment has significant effect on the acute inflamed laryngeal obstruction,and is conducive to reduce the rate of tracheotomy. |
