2002-2006年池州市贵池区急性血吸虫病疫情分析

目的 了解安徽省池州市贵池区近几年来急性血吸虫病发生和流行规律。方法 收集全区2002-2006年急性血吸虫病个案资料,以数据形式录入电子表格（Excel文件形式）进行分析。结果 2002-2006年全区共发生78例急性血吸虫病例,男性病例是女性病例的4.2倍。男性病例主要感染方式为游泳戏水和捕鱼捞虾,女性病例的主要感染方式为农业生产和生活用水,病例中学生和农民比例较高,学生以游泳戏水为主要感染方式,农民主要是农业生产。在湖沼地区感染的病例略多于内陆地区,湖沼地区以河滩为主要感染环境,内陆地区以沟渠为主要感染环境,感染时间6-8月为接触疫水高峰,7-9月为发病高峰,平均潜伏期40d,最短18d,最长87d,大多数在30d左右发病。结论 贵池区是全国急性血吸虫病流行重点县（区）之一,急性血吸虫病感染呈逐年下降的态势,成批感染得到有效控制。

Epidemic Situation of Human Acute Schistosomiasis in Guichi District, Chizhou City from 2002 to 2006

Objective To realize the epidemic regulation of human acute schistosomiasis.Method Data of case history of acute schistosomiasis from 2002 to 2006 in Guichi District were collected,input into the PC as excel files format and analysed.Results There were 78 acute schistosomiasis cases during the 5 years in the whole studied area.The male cases infected mainly by swimming and fishing was 4.2 fimes as many as femal ones infected mainly by doing agricultural work and daily washing activities. Moreover, students and farmers constituted the main cases, and swimming or agricultural work resulted in being infected.The cases infected from marsh area was a little more than those from inland. The main susceptible environment was flood area or beach on marsh area and irrigation canals and ditches on inland.June to August was the peak time of contacting contaminated water while July to September the peak time of diease attack. The incubation period was about 40 days(18~87 days) and most cases fell ill in approximately 30 days. Conclusion Gaichi District is one of the places where the acute schistosomiasis prevails but the incidence trends to go down year after year.Besides,the mass infection has also been controlled.
