拐芹根正丁醇化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究拐芹Angelica polymorpha Maxim根正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定结合谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从拐芹根正丁醇部位中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为去甲基丁香色原酮(Noreugenin,1),胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol,2),栓翅芹烯醇(Pabulenol,3),水合氧化前胡素(Oxypeucedanin hydrate,4),乙酰石当归素(Saxalin acetate,5),蔗糖(Sucrose,6)。结论本实验首次从拐芹中分离得到乙酰石当归素。

Abstract:Objective In order to investigate the chemical composition of n--butanol extraction from the root of Angelica polymorpha Maxim and aerial parts. Methods Silica gel column chromatography was employed for the isolation and purification, the chemical composition of n--butanol extraction from the root of Angelica polymorpha Maxim were isolated and their structures elucidated by spectroscopic methodsincluding ^1H-NMR, ^13C--NMR, IR and MS techniques. Results The results show that the chemical composition of n-butanol extraction from the root of Angelica polymorpha Maxim mainly includes Noreugenin , Daucosterol, Pabulenol, Oxypeucedanin hydrate , Saxalin acetate and Sucrose . Conclusion Saxalin acetate was isolated from A. polymorpha for the first time.
