| 摘 要： | 通过对手术室常见的护理过失进行较全面的分析，总结出造成护理过失的两大主要原因；及时有效地处理过失，建立健全各项规章制度、职责和护理监控机制，加强专业技术培训，抓好安全教育，提高护士的整体素质，规范工作流程，营造良好的工作氛围，使护理安全管理措施得到有效的落实，最大限度地减少护理过失的发生，确保手术患者的安全。

| Abstract: | Through the comprehensive analysis on the nursing fault in operating room, the two main causes of nursing fault have been summarized. In order to effectively implement the safety management measures to minimize the occurrence of nursing fault, we must deal with the nursing fault in time and effectively, establish and optimize various systems and regulations, responsibility and nursing monitoring mechanism, enhance professional technology training and safety education, improve the integrative quality of nurse and create good working atmosphere. |
