早期护理干预对重型颅脑损伤并发CSWS疗效的影响

目的 探讨早期护理干预对重型颅脑损伤并发脑盐耗损综合征(CSWS)疗效的影响.方法 选择确诊重型颅脑损伤并发CSWS患者71例,随机分为对照组35例和实验组36例.实验组在对照组传统常规护理基础上增加早期护理干预,并与对照组进行比较,观察两组缩短血钠恢复正常的时间.结果 治疗1周和2周后,对照组2.86％和57.14％的患者血清钠恢复正常,实验组25％和86.11％患者血清钠恢复正常,实验组血钠恢复正常的时间比对照组短,差异有显著性( P＜ 005).结论 早期护理干预可以缩短CSWS患者血钠恢复正常的时间,对CSWS患者的诊治、愈后均具有积极显著的影响,值得临床推广.

Early nursing intervention for severe craniocerebral injury complicated with CSWS

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on severe craniocerebral injury complicated with cerebral salt wasting syndrome （ CSWS ）. Method Selected 71 patients severe craniocerebral injury complicated with CSWS, which were randomly divided into control group （35 cases） and experimental group （36 cases）. Basing on conventional care, experimental group were intervened by early nursing. The results were compared between the 2 groups. The time of serum sodium returning to normal was observed in both groups. Results 1 and 2 weeks after treatment, 2.86% and 57.14% patients＇ serum sodium returued to normal in control group, while 25% and 86.11% patients in experimental group. The serum sodium in the patients of experimental group returned to normal in shorter time than in the patients of control group with a significant difference （ P〈 005 ）. Conclusions Early nursing intervention can reduce the time of serum sodium returning to normal in CSWS patients and has significant and positive effect on the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of CSWS patients. It is worth popularizing clinically.
