二甲双胍联合克罗米酚治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果观察

目的 观察二甲双胍联合克罗米酚治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果.方法 对我院收治的104例多囊卵巢综合症患者在均行常规促排卵治疗的基础上,进行平均随机分组,观察组52例,采用二甲双弧联合克罗米酚治疗；对照组52例,单纯使用二甲双胍治疗.两组在治疗前后测定双侧卵巢体积、血糖变化,空腹胰岛素、卵泡促激素、黄体生成素、睾酮水平等指标并进行对比.结果 两组患者治疗前后卵巢体积均有一定程度的缩小,BMI、空腹胰岛素、LH、T水平均有下降.结论 二甲双胍联合克罗米酚治疗PCOS,可有效降低患者BMI和激素水平,改善内分泌状态,促进排卵,是临床治疗该病的有效选择.

The clinical efficacy of metformin combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （ POS ）. Methods 104 women with POS and who received routine therapies for induction of ovulation were randomly assigned to receive combination therapy with metformin combined with clomiphene （ 52 women, study group ）, or metformin alone （ 52 women, control group ）. Bilateral ovarian volume, changes in blood glucose, and levels of fasting insulin, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, and testosterone levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Ovarian volume was lessened at certain degree in both groups after treatment. Levels of BMI, fasting insulin, LH, and testosterone were reduced. Conclusions Metformin combined with clomiphene for polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively lower levels of BMI and hormone, improve endocrine status, and induce ovulation. It is an effective choice for treating this disorder.
