摘    要:临床思维的培养贯穿于诊断学教学的全过程,应通过多种手段提高学生的临床思维能力.以循证医学为指导,利用批判性思维的原理与方法进行临床思维培养,可提高学生分析、鉴别的能力,提高学生对已知知识的批判性再认识,同时充分发挥信息网络教学模式的优势,在使学生理解掌握新知识的同时促进学生创新思维的形成.

Abstract:Clinical thinking training should be improved by various means throughout the whole process of teaching. Base on the evidence-based medicine, clinical thinking training can improve students' abilities of analysis and discrimination and critical re-understanding of what known by using critical thinking principles and methods. Meanwhile,taking advantage of teaching information network is beneficial to enable students to understand and master new knowledge, and promote the formation of innovative thinking.
