急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物的综合护理干预分析

目的 对急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物的综合护理干预方法进行分析.方法 本院2010年1月至2012年1月期间收治54例急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物患者,均在治疗的基础上运用综合护理干预.结果 54例急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物的患者经治疗后,54例均成功1次性取出,成功率100％;在治疗过程中均未出现消化道穿孔、消化道大出血、窒息等并发症.结论 使用急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物具有良好的临床效果,在综合护理中要注意对患者情绪的疏导,鼓励患者积极配合治疗.

Comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract

Objective To explore comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods 54 patients who had undergone emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract during the period of January 2010 to January 2012 received comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical data on all thepatients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed from the upper gastrointestinal tract in all the patients, with a success rate of 100%. No complications including asphyxia and gastrointestinal perforation or hemorrhage occurred during the treatment. Conclusions Emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract has a good clinical efficacy. We should pay attention to motional adjustment in patients and should encourage patients to actively cooperate with the treatment.
