维生素B12足三里穴位注射治疗眩晕的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨维生素B12足三里穴位注射治疗眩晕的临床疗效.方法 2011年1月至2012年1月我科门诊治疗的150例眩晕症患者,随机分为观察组78例和对照组72例.对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以足三里穴位注射维生素B12.结果 观察组总显效率为89.7％,对照组为63.9％,两组疗效差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 足三里穴位注射维生素B12治疗眩晕症可以明显减轻患者临床症状,方法简单,安全有效,值得推广.

Clinical observation on efficacy of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point (zu san li) in the treatment of vertigo

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point （zu san li） for the treatment of vertigo. Methods 150 patients who received vertigo were randomly divided into observation group （78 cases） and control group （72 cases）.The patients in observation group received the vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point（zu san li） with routine management. At the same time the patients in control group received routine management only. The determination of condition was performed in all the patients after treatment and then the clinic effectiveness was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates in the observation group and control group were 89.7% and 63.9% respectively, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point（zu san li） with routine management with routine management in treatment for vertigo is superior to routine management only. It is a simple, safe, effective method and worth of spread.
