整体护理干预对骨折患者心理影响的临床研究

目的 观察骨折患者的心理状况及整体护理干预对其心理的影响.方法 将220例骨折患者随机分为两组,观察组在对照组的基础上采用整体护理干预,利用Zung焦虑量表(SAS)和抑郁量表(SDS),对患者入院后的第1天、第7天、第14天的心理状态分别给予评定.结果 两组患者入院后第1天SAS、SDS评分分别为( 41.17±6.21)对(41.23±7.64),(42.54±6.98)对(41.68±6.54),结果差异无显著性(P＞0.05),入院后第7天、第14天比较分别为(33.98±6.31)对(39.87±7.62),(30.02±6.12)对(36.28±8.54),(34.12±7.13)对(39.87±7.42),(29.78±6.12)对(37.66±8.64),结果差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 对骨折的患者给予整体护理的干预,可以明显改善患者的心理状态.

Effect of holistic nursing intervention on psychological status in patients with fractures

Objective To observe psychological status in patients with fractures and the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the psychological status. Methods 220 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The study group received holistic nursing intervention in addition to the nursing care that the control group received. The Zung Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） and Self-rating Depression Scale （ SDS ） were used to assess the psychological status in patients on days I, 7, and 14 after admission. Results The scores on the SAS and SDS did not differ significantly between the two groups on dayl [（ 41.17 ± 6.21 ） vs. （ 41.23 ± 7.64 ） and （ 42.54 ± 6.98 ） vs. （ 41.68 ± 6.54 ）, P〉 0.05], but differed significantly on days 7 and 14 [（ 33.98 ± 6.31 ） vs. （ 39.87 ± 7.62 ） and （ 30.02 ± 6.12 ） vs. （ 36.28 ± 8.54 ）; （ 34.12 ± 7.13 ） vs. （ 39.87 ± 7.42 ） and （ 29.78 ± 6.12 ） vs. （ 37.66 ± 8.64）, respectively; P 〈 0.05]. Conclusions Holistic nursing intervention for patients with fractures can significantly improve the psychological state in those patients.
