摘    要:目的 分析实施反复自然流产患者宫腔镜检查结果.方法 回顾我院2008年1月至2011年12月间反复自然流产行宫腔镜检查病人184例的临床资料,分析宫腔镜检查结果,对发现的宫腔病变进行治疗,观察再次妊娠的结局.结果 184例中127例(69.02%)存在宫腔病变,其中宫腔粘连70例(38.04%),子宫内膜息肉26例(14.13%),子宫内膜炎22例(11.96%),黏膜下子宫肌瘤3例(1.63%),部分性子宫纵隔6例3.26%).122例(96.06%)获得临床妊娠.127例病人经治疗后再次妊娠,122例(96.06%)获得临床妊娠.宫外孕2例(1.57%);再次早孕自然流产3例(2.36%),早产8例(6.30%)足月分娩111例(87.40%).结论 反复自然流产时应将宫腔镜检查列为必要的检查,对宫腔异常病人治疗后可以改善妊娠结局.

Abstract:ObJective To analyze the hysteroscopic inspection results in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Methods A retrospective study was carried in 184 patients undergoing hysteroscopy because of RSA during January 2008 to December 2011. The results were analyzed, the diseases of uterinecavity were treated and the re- pregnancy outcome was observed. Results Among 184 patients, intrauterine pathological changes were found in 127 (69.05%) cases, including 70 intrauterine adhesion, 26 cndometrial polyps, 22 endometritis, 3 submucous leiomyoma and 6 uterus septum. Of those after therapy, 122 patients got clinical pregnancy, 2 with ectopic pregnancy, 3 with RSA, and delivery received in 111 cases. Conclusion Hysteroscopy should be the first choice for patients with RSA. A perfect therapy for patients with abnormal uterine cavity may improve the pregnancy outcome.
