改良Bosworth法结合渐进锻炼对陈旧性跟腱断裂的治疗体会

目的 总结改良Bosworth法结合渐进锻炼对陈旧性跟腱断裂的治疗效果.方法 应用改良Boswonh法手术治疗的19例陈旧性闭合性跟腱断裂,术后进行渐进性的功能锻炼.采用电话或复诊随访,进行回顾性分析.采用Arner- Lindholm临床疗效评定法.结果 随访时间0.5～ 3.75年,平均2.01年.按ArnerLindholm疗效评定法,预后优6例,良13例,差0例,优良率为100％.术后无再断裂和跟腱粘连.结论 陈旧性跟腱断裂采用改良Bosworth法手术治疗后,经渐进性的功能锻炼,疗效肯定.

Modified Bosworth method combined with progressive exercise for old Achilles tendon rupture

Objective To summarize the efficacy of modified Bosworth method combined with progressive exercise for old Achilles tendon rupture. Methods 19 patients received modified Bosworth method for old close Achilles tendon rupture. After treatment, all the patients started progressive functional exercises, and were followed up by telephone interview or by clinic visits. The related data were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical efficacy was assessed byArner- Lindholm score. Results The duration of follow-up was 0.5 to 3.75 years, with an average of 2.01 years. 6 patients had an excellent outcome and 13 had a good outcome, with an overall satisfaction rate of 100%. No postoperative re-rupture and adhesion of Achilles tendon occurred. Conclusions Modified Bosworth method combined with progressive functional exercise for old Achilles tendon rupture is efficacious.
