经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床研究

目的 探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性及优越性.方法 对50例要求保留子宫的子宫肌瘤患者实施经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术.观察手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及平均排气时间等.结果 50例(100％)手术均成功,无中转开腹.平均手术时间(62.8±20.5)min,平均出血量(60.4±40.6)ml,平均排气时间( 25.43±2.46)h,平均住院时间(4.53±0.51)d.结论 经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术对腹腔骚扰小,术后恢复较快,腹壁不留疤痕.

Transvaginal myomectomy for uterine fibroid

Objective To explore the feasibility and advantages of transvaginal myomectomy for uterine fibroid. Methods Transvaginal myomectomy was performed on 50 uterine fibroid patients demanding keeping uterine, were managed with myomectomy from May 2006 to Dec 2009. Operation time, bleeding volume during the operation, hospitalization time, and mean exhausting time were observed. Results The operation was finished successfully in all the 50 patients. The successful rate was 100%. The mean operation time was （62.8 ± 20.5） minutes. The bleeding volume during the operation was （60.4 ± 40.6） ml. The mean exhausting time was （25.43 ± 2.46） hours. The hospitalization timewas （4.53 ± 0.51） days. Conclusions Transvaginal myomectomy for uterine fibroids hardly affects abdominal cavity and leaves no scar on napes. And the patients can recover rapidly after the operation.
