微波双极等离子消融治疗难治性过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨微波双极等离子消融治疗难治性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果.方法 用微波双极等离子消融治疗仪,对38例难治性过敏性鼻炎患者进行下鼻甲和腺样体粘膜消融治疗.手术当天和术后5个月,用VAS评分法对过敏性鼻炎的鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流清涕四个主要症状进行评分,比较手术前后的分值变化,确定其疗效.结果 术后患者鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流清涕的VAS分值分别是(2.8±1.1)分、(3.2±0.9)分、(4.9±1.4)分、(3.1±0.7)分,与治疗前比较明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05).其中显效21例,有效14例,总有效率达92.1%(35/38).术中、术后无严重不良反应发生.结论 微波双极等离子消融术是治疗过敏性鼻炎安全、有效、简便的方法之一.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of microwave dipole radio frequency melts for allergic rhinitis patients.Methods 38 allergic rhinitis patients took microwave dipole radio frequency melts ablation therapy on mucosa of inferior turbinate and adenoid. On the operation day and 5 months later, we compared the VAS scores of the four main symptoms of allergic rhinitis patients which were nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing and snot.Results After surgery, the VAS scores of nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing and snot were (2.8±1.1), (3.2± 0.9), (4.9± 1.4) and (3.1± 0.7) points respectively. There were significant differences compared with those before treatment. 21 cases had excellent effect, and 14 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 92.1% (35/38).There was no serious adverse reaction between intraoperative and postoperative progress.Conclusion The microwave dipole radio frequency melts is one of the safe, effective and simple methods for treatment of refractory allergic rhinitis.
