专科分组排班模式与层级管理在手术室护理管理中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨专科分组排班模式与层级管理在手术室管理中的应用方法和效果.方法 在手术室护理工作中实施专科分组排班,结合护士长—高级责任护士A(专科组长)—高级责任护士B(专科组员)—初级责任护士(轮转护士)—助理护士(培训护士)这个层级管理模式开展工作.结果 保证了病人的安全,提高了手术护理质量,护士的专科技能得到快速成长,患者、医生和护士对护理服务质量满意度均较实施前提高,实施前后比较,均P< 0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 实施专科分组排班模式结合护士层级管理开展工作,对规范手术室管理,提高手术护理质量和提升人员技能方面起到了积极的作用.

Abstract:ObJective To investigate the method and effects of professional nurse team and nursing shift mode and level management of nursing supervison in operating rooms. Methods The professional nurse team were imple- mented for nursing supervison in operating rooms. And the nursing shift mode were developect and the level management was as follow;, charge nurse - higher-level duty nurse A-- level duty nurse B - primary duty nurse - attendant. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing quality was 95% in patients, 93% in surgeons, and 96% in nurses, which were better than those before implement of improvement ( P 〈 0.05 for all comprisons ). Conclusions It has positive effects on the standard of the management in operation rooms, and improve quality of peri-operative nursing and skill as we carry out professional nurse team and nursing shift mode and level management in operating rooms.
