热敏灸联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床研究

目的 探讨热敏灸联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果.方法 选取2010年2月至2011年12月在我院门诊就诊的胃食管反流病患者共200例,将其随机分成治疗组100例和对照组100例;治疗组采用穴位热敏灸联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组单独服用奥美拉唑肠溶片.观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.00％,而对照组总有效率为73.00％,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05)；治疗组患者无1例出现不良反应,而对照组患者出现5例恶心(5.00％)、3例腹泻(3.00％)和8例眩晕(8.00％).结论 热敏灸联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病,其临床疗效好,不良反应少,值得在临床上推广应用.

Thermal moxibustion combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objecitive To explore the clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion combined with omeprazole for gastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERD ）. Methods 200 patients with GERD who visited our clinic from February 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group received combination therapy with thermal moxibustion and omeprazole while the control group received omeprazole alone. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effectiveness rate （ 92,00% vs. 73.00%, P〈 0.05 ）. No adverse reactions were found in the study group; whereas sicchasia occurred in 5 patients （ 5.00% ） diarrhea in 3 （ 3.00% ）, and dizziness in 8 （ 8.00% ） in the control gorup. Conclusions Combination therapy with thermal moxihustion and omeprazole for gastroesophageal reflux disease is effective and has fewer adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing clinically.
