保乳手术联合新辅助化疗在中晚期乳腺癌的治疗应用

目的 探讨保乳手术联合新辅助化疗在中晚期乳腺癌的治疗效果.方法 选取2008年1月至2011年12月在我院治疗的54例中晚期乳腺癌患者,分析新辅助化疗和保乳手术疗效.结果 术前化疗总有效率为72.22％,总分期降低率为57.41％,44.44％的患者经过化疗后获得保乳手术条件,21例患者实施保乳手术治疗,且随访期间未出现死亡和复发.结论 经新辅助化疗后,可使部分中晚期乳腺癌患者具有保乳手术治疗条件,且手术安全,预后良好.

Of breast-conserving surgery combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in advanced breast cancer treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of breast-conserving surgery combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in advanced breast cancer. Methods 54 cases with advanced breast cancer from January 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital were selected and analyzed, the curative effects of two methods of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and breast-conserving surgery were compared. Results Before chemotherapy, the total effective rate was 72.22%, the total installments reducing rate was 57.41%, 44.44% of patients acquired breast-conserving surgery conditions after chemotherapy, 21 patients were given breast-conserving surgery, and during follow-up period there were no death and recurrence found. Conclusion Through neoadjuvant chemotherapy, some patients with advanced breast cancer might get the breast- conserving surgical treatment conditions and the operation should be safe with good prognosis.
