大剂量丙种球蛋白冲击疗法对急性重症病毒性肺炎的近期疗效分析

目的 研究使用大剂量丙种球蛋白冲击疗法治疗急性重症病毒性肺炎的疗效与副作用.方法 我院收治的103例急性重症病毒性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组51例,治疗组患儿大剂量丙神球蛋白冲击治疗.结果 治疗组康复速度大于对照组,且无任何副作用.各项免疫抗体如IgG、IgA、IgM等均较治疗前有一定程度增高.结论 大剂量丙种球蛋白冲击疗法能促进病毒性肺炎的康复,提高患者的免疫功能并缩短病程,具有良好的治疗效果和安全性.

Analysis on curative effect of large doses of gamma globulin pulse therapy treatment to severe acute viral pneumonia

Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of large doses of gamma globulin pulse therapy treatment to severe acute viral pneumonia treatment. Methods In our hospital, 103 cases of severe acute viral pneumonia patients were randomly divided into two groups： 52 cases in group A as the treatment group; 51 cases in group B, as the control group. Treatment group was given high-dose gamma globulin impact treatment. Results The rehabilitation speed of the treatment group after treatment was much faster than that of the control group, without any side effects. Various immune functions, such as the IgG, IgA and IgM were increased somehow than before treatment. Conclusion The impact of high- dose gamma globulin therapy will promote the rehabilitation of viral pneumonia and the patients＇ immune function, with recent and excellent therapeutic efficacy and safety.
