广州地区健康学龄前儿童CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127loTreg细胞在外周血中的表达

目的 初步确定广州地区健康学龄前儿童外周血CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127lo/Treg细胞的表达,建立学龄前儿童CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127loTreg细胞的正常参考范围,为临床研究相关疾病提供参考依据.方法 收集150名3～6岁体检健康的学龄前儿童外周血,采用多色免疫荧光素标记和流式细胞术检测外周血中CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127loTreg细胞的表达.结果 健康学龄前儿童CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127loTreg细胞在外周血中约占CD4+T细胞的6.52％～6.97％,不同性别表达差异无显著性.结论 初步确定广州地区学龄前健康儿童CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127loTreg细胞在外周血中的正常范围,为临床研究儿童相关疾病提供参考依据.应用IL-7受体细胞膜表面标志物CD127联合检测外周血CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127loTreg细胞,能较好地反映完整的调节性Treg细胞.

Expression of the CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127lo regulatory T cell from the peripheral blood of preschool children in Guangzhou

Objective To determine the CD4＋CD25^nt/hiCD127^lo/Treg regulatory T cell （Treg） from the peripheral blood of healthy preschool children in Guangzhou and provide the reference for the clinical research on correlative diseases. Methods Using multicolor immunofluorescence flow-cytometry to detect theCD4＋CD25^nt/hiCD127^lo/Treg 150 healthy preschool children aged from 3-6 years with different gender. Results The percentage of the CD4＋CD25^nt/hiCD127^lo/Treg in preschool children was （6.52-6.97）%, there was no significant difference between 2 genders. Conclusion CD4＋CD25^nt/hiCD127^lo/Treg from the peripheral blood of healthy preschool children has been determined which provides the reference for the clinical research about correlative diseases, using the IL-7 receptor （CD 127）, the surface marker of IL-7receptor combined with CD4＋CD25^nt/hiCD127^lo/Treg cell can reflect the proportion of Treg.
