跟骨关节内移位骨折的手术治疗

目的 探讨跟骨关节内骨折伴移位的手术疗效.方法 对我院收治的96例跟骨关节内骨折伴移位患者采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察并评价其治疗效果.结果 96例患者术中采取钢板固定75例,采取螺钉固定16例,采取髂骨植骨2例.所有患者跟骨关节内骨折均愈合良好,外观正常,无畸形.对96例患者102足行Maryland评分,其中优51足、良35足,优良率为84.3％.结论 切开复位内固定可作为跟骨关节内骨折并移位的首选治疗方法.

Operative treatment for displaced intra articular fractures of calcaneus

Objective To investigate the operative effects of open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra articular fractures of the calcaneus. Method 76 cases （82 fractures） in our hospital were treated by open reduction and internal fixation, observed and assessed the operative effects. Results There were 61 cases treated by plate internal fixation, 13 cases treated by screws internal fixation, and 2 cases treated by iliac grafts. All fractures were healed, looking normal, without deformity. Functional results were evaluated by Marryland Foot Score, there were 41 excellent fractures, 32 good fractures, and the satisfactory rate was 89.0%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is the top choice in treating displaced intra articular fractures of the calcaneus.
