气管插管患者实施规范化管理的效果评价

目的 探讨气管插管患者实施规范化管理在减少非计划性拔管,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎感染发生率等方面的效果.方法 将2008年12月至2010年6月在我院重症监护室实施气管插管的160例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,分别实施在传统方法基础上进行规范化管理和采用传统方法实施护理,比较两组患者的意外拔管发生率、医院获得性肺炎感染发生率、病人及医生对护理工作满意度的情况.结果 观察组的非计划性拔管发生率(0)、呼吸机相关性肺炎感染发生率(2.5％)均明显低于对照组(分别为7.5％和11.25％),P＜0.05,病人及医生对护理工作满意度(93.8％,97.5％)均优于对照组(77.5％,85.0％),P＜ 0.01.结论 气管插管患者实施规范化护理管理可提高患者护理质量,保障患者安全,可有效降低护理风险的发生.

Effect of standardized management for patients with endotracheal intubation

Objective To explore the effect of standardized management for patients with endotracheal intuba- tion on reducing the rates of unplanned extubation and ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods From, 160 patients with tracheal intubation in ICU during the period of December 2008 to December 2010 were randomly assigned to receive standardized management （ study group ）, or traditional nursing care （ control group ）. The rates of unplarned extubation and nosocomial pneumonia and the patient and physician satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results The rates of unplanned extubation and hospital-acquired pneumonia were lower in the study group than in the control group （ P〈 0.05 ）. The study group was superior to the control group in the patient and physician satisfaction with nursing care （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Standardized management can improve the quality of care and reassure patient safety, effectively reducing the risk of care.
