全程护理干预对甲状腺围术期手术患者的影响

目的 分析全程护理对甲状腺围术期手术患者术后并发症发生率和对护理的满意度的影响,从而为临床上甲状腺围术期手术护理的选择提供理论参考.方法 选择我院2008年至2010年期间接受甲状腺围术期手术患者245例,将其分为观察组和对照组.观察组患者125例,接受术前、术中和术后的全程护理.对照组120例,手术中接受常规护理.分别统计两组患者术后并发症发生情况和痊愈时问,并调查患者对护理的满意度.结果 观察组并发症喉返神经损伤(10.40％vs.30.00％)、喉上神经损伤(7.20％ vs.22.5％)、面部抽搐( 9.60％vs.39.17％)、手足痉挛(12.80％ vs.56.67％)发生率和痊愈时间显著低于对照组(P均＜0.05)；同时,观察组患者对全程护理满意度高于对照组患者(88.80％vs.33.33％,x2=17.113,P＜0.05).结论 全程护理可有效降低甲状腺围术期手术并发症发生率,且有较高的护理满意度,可广泛应用于临床手术中.

Whole course Nursing Intervention for thyroid gland perioperative operation pateints

Objective To analyze the influence on the complication incidence and satisfaction of nursing of whole course nursing intervention for thyroid gland perioperative Paleints, then to provide some theory reference for selecting a nurse method during thyroid gland perioperative operation. Methods 245 patients undertaking thyroid gland perioperative operation form 2008 to 2010 were divided into observation group with 125 patients and control group with 120 patients. Patients in observation group received whole course nursing that was before, during, and after the operation. On the other hand, patients in control group undertook conventional nurse. Complication incidence, cure time, and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, superior laryngeal nerve injury, facial convulsion, and hand-and-foot spasm occurred in fewer patients in observation group than in control group （10.40% vs. 30.00%, 7.20% vs. 22.5%, 9.60% vs. 39.17%, 12.80% vs. 56.67%, P〈 0.05 for all comparisons）. Cure time was shorter in observation group than in control group. Patients in observation group were significantly more satisfied on the nursing than patients in control group （88.80% vs. 33.33%, P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Whole course nursing can decrease the complication incidence of thyroid gland perioperative operation, has relatively high satisfaction of nursing, should be popularized chnicallv.
