临床护理路径在门诊低钾型周期性麻痹患者中的应用

目的]探讨临床护理路径在门诊护理中的应用效果.方法]将40例低钾型周期性麻痹患者随机分为路径组和非路径组各20例.非路径组采用一般门诊输液病人的护理常规护理.路径组采用临床护理路径进行护理,比较两组疾病相关知识掌握率,生理指标恢复,疗效,满意度等情况.结果]路径组与非路径组比较:相关知识掌握:55％vs10％;好转时间(6.5±1.9)h vs(10.8±4.3)h；治愈时间(30.8±10.5)hvs(46.5±22.9)h;治愈率95％vs 40％;满意度100％ vs65％,差异有极显著性(P＜ 0.01).结论]应用临床护理路径对低钾型周期性麻痹患者进行护理,可有效的提高该类病人在门诊的治疗效果,缩短治疗的时间,提高治愈率,提高病人的满意度,提高门诊护士专业水平和对新业务、新知识的应用与实践的能力.能为基层综合性医院门诊的护理实践,探索一种新的门诊护理模式提供借鉴和指导意义.

Application of clinical nursing pathway in hypokalemic periodic paralysis patients in outpatients department

Objective To explore and evaluate the application effects of the clinical nursing pathway in outpatient department. Methods Forty cases of hypokalemic periodic paralysis were randomly divided into 2. groups, clinical pathway group （group A） and non-clinical pathway group （group B）, according to their admission time. Group B patients were treated by the following general outpatient infusion nursing routine, while clinical nursing pathways were applied to group A patients. The disease related information acknowledge rate, physiological indexes, therapeutic effect and satisfaction degree in the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results The degree of related disease intbrmation acknowledge rate： 55% vs 10% ,time for improving： （6.5±4 1.9） hours vs （10.8±4 4.3） hours, time for curing： （30.8 ±4 10. 5） hours vs （46.5±4 22.9） hours, degree of curing： 95% vs 40%, and satisfaction degree： 100% vs65%, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway to hypokalemic periodic paralysis patients can improve the therapeutic effect, shorten treating duration, increase cure rate and patients＇ satisfaction degree, heighten nurses＇ professional level and to understand toward the applicability of new acknowledge and practicing. The applied theory will serve as a reference and guidance for primary general hospital outpatient department nursing.
