益生菌治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效分析及对血清IgE的影响

目的 观察口服益生菌对婴儿湿疹的治疗效果及对血清IgE的影响.方法 将75例婴儿湿疹随机分为两组:对照组34例,给予常规治疗(口服盐酸西替利嗪滴剂及外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏)；治疗组41例,在常规治疗基础上加服益生菌30d.观察两组婴儿湿疹治疗有效率及3个月后的复发率,并于3个月后测定血清总IgE.结果 治疗组治疗有效率为80.49％,复发率为31.70％;对照组治疗有效率为55.88％,复发率为58.82％;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).血清总IgE平均值,治疗组为(117.15±72.26)U,对照组为( 205.96±129.18)U,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 口服益生菌治疗婴儿湿疹能下调患儿血清IgE水平,减轻患儿皮疹症状,并能减少湿疹复发.

The efficacy of probiotics for infantile eczema and the effect of probiotics on serum IgE

ObJective To observe the efficacy of oral probiotics for infantile eczema and the effect of probiotics on serum IgE. Methods 75 cases of infantile eczema were randomly divided into two groups. 34 patients in the control group received conventional therapy with oral hydrochloride cetirizine drops and topical hydrocortisone butyrate cream, and 41 patients in the study group received probiotics for 30 days in addition to the conventional therapy. The effectiveness rate and 3-month relapse were observed in the two groups serum total IgE level was detected three months after the treatment. Results The study group was superior to the control group in the effectiveness rate and the relapse rate （ 80.49% vs. 55.88% and 31.70% vs. 58.82%, P〈 0.05 ±）. There was significant difference between the two groups in total serum IgE level （ 117.15 ± 72.26 ）U vs. （ 205.96 ± 129.18 ）U, P〈 0.01 ）]. Conclusions Oral probiotics in the treatment of infantile eczema can lower serum I gE level, relieve symptoms, and reduce the rate of eczema relapse.
