“红丹膏”致婴幼儿铅中毒原因分析

目的]分析“红丹膏”引起婴幼儿铅中毒的原因.方法]分析131例使用“红丹膏”致铅中毒的婴幼儿的中毒程度及年龄分布、患儿父母的受教育程度、患儿所来自的地区,并与 131例体检提示血铅正常的儿童作比较.结果]使用“红丹膏”致铅中毒的131例患儿中,Ⅱ级铅中毒112例(85.5％),Ⅲ级铅中毒16例(12.2％),Ⅳ级铅中毒3例(2.3％); 127例(96.9％)3岁以下,4例(3.1％)3岁以上；112例(85.5％)患儿父母受教育程度为大专以下；103例(78.6％)患儿来自欠发达地区.结论]“红丹膏”引起铅中毒主要集中在3岁以下的婴幼儿,多为轻度中毒,与婴幼儿湿疹发生的高峰时间有关,使用“红丹膏”患儿与来源地区的经济状况及其父母的受教育程度有关.

Analysis on the causes of infant lead poisoning caused by Red Lead Paste

Objective To analyze the reasons of infant lead poisoning caused by Red Lead Paste. Methods The poisoning degree and the poisoning condition of different ages in 131 cases of lead poisoning infants were analyzed and the education background level, different region of the infants＇ parents were also investigated, these were compared with 131 cases of children with normal physical examination blood lead. Results Among 131 cases of lead poisoning children who used Red Lead Paste, 112 cases （85.5%） found in II- level lead poisoning, 16 cases （12.2%） in III-level lead poisoning, 3 cases （2.3%） in IV-level lead poisoning; 112 cases （85.5%） with parental education lower than college, 103 cases （78.6%） were from the less developed regions.Conclusions Lead poisoning caused by Red Lead Paste is mainly concentrated in the 0-3-year-old infants and young children, poisoning is mostly mild, which is associated with the peak time of the infant eczema, the children who used Red lead paste are related with their origin area＇s economic status and their parents＇ education levels.
