| 摘 要： | 代建制作为一种新型的项目管理模式,在多个领域包括医院在内的建设中已得到了应用与推广。基于代建制的定义与实质,将代建制与总承包以及其他几种项目管理模式进行了比较分析。医院建设是代建制的适应项目之一,代建制是医院建设的最佳选择之一。在医院建设实施代建制时,我们应注重组织体系、职责权力、规章制度等方面管理,以保障工程项目的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | As a new project management mode,agent construction system has popularized and applied in lots of areas including hospital building.Based on the definition and substance to agent construction system,agent construction system and EPC as well as several other modes were compared.Hospital building is one of adaptations on agent construction system and agent construction system is one of the best choices in hospital building.Organizational system,responsibility and duty,regulations should be improved to assure the projects successful implementation. |
