| 摘 要： | 为探讨迷走神经损伤对小肠吸收功能的影响，用家兔形成动物疾病模型，于迷走神经切断术前后收集肠系膜静脉血和乳糜，分析其生化成分。结果表明，术后１～２周肠系膜静脉血和乳糜中脂类、蛋白及酶类均有较明显的变化，术后４周基本恢复正常。该实验为临床有关迷走神经损伤手术的预后及并发症处理提供了参考数据

| Abstract: | In order to find out the effect of vagotomy on the absorption of the small intestine,30 rabbits were used as experimental models to collect the lymph and blood of veins in the mesentery before and after the vagotomy at the end of the esophagus.The contents of the electrolytes,enzymes,fats and proteins in the lymph and blood samples were examined respectively.All the fats,proteins and enzymes changed in various degree within two weeks after vagotomy.Most of them restored to the level of the prevagotomy in the fourth week.The results provided reference for the prognosis and the treatment of the complications of the clinical operation dealing with the damage of vagus. |
