| 摘 要： | 目的通过对43例老年药物性肝病住院病例分析，探讨老年药物性肝病的诊断及防治，提高对其认识。方法通过回顾性分析的方法。结果药物性肝病是临床常见的引起老年肝功能损害的病因，引起老年药物性肝病的常见药物为抗生素17．23％，中药包括保健药14．71％，解热镇痛药12．71％。结论药物性肝病是临床常见的引起老年肝功能损害的病因，临床医生应引起高度重视，尤其对中药引起的药物性肝损。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis clinical characteristics of old patients with drug-induced liver disease.Methods Throught the method of retrospective review.Results Drug-induced liver disease of old patients is common.The proportion of drugs which induced liver disease were antibiotics 17.23%,chinese medicine 14.71%,antipyretic analgesic 12.71%.Conclusion Diagnosis and therapy of the disease should be emphasized,especially the disease which was induced by traditional Chinese medicine. |
