经尿道气化电切联合电切治疗前列腺增生症218例分析

目的观察经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）和经尿道前列腺气化电切（TUVP）在治疗良性前列腺增生中的疗效和安全性。方法对我院218例前列腺增生患者采用经尿道联合应用电切和气化电切治疗良性前列腺增生手术治疗,并观察各指标。结果本组患者手术时间35～140min,平均65min,无死亡病例。全部患者均随访3个月～2年,其IPSS评分由术前平均24.9分降至平均8.0分（4～14分）。RUV5～55ml,平均为20ml。Qmax由术前10.3ml/s增加致19.3ml/s。IPSS、RUV、Qmax与术前相比下降非常显著（P〈0.05）,患者排尿困难均得到满意改善,手术效果明显。结论经尿道联合应用TUVP和TURP治疗良性前列腺增生症具有出血少,效果好,并发症少等优点,术后排尿困难明显改善,安全性高,是治疗BPH的一项理想的技术。

Transurethral vaporization and resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To explore the effect and safety of vaporization of the Transurethral vaporization prostate （TUVP） and transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP） in the treatment of BPH.Methods 218 cases of BPH were treated by TURP and TUVP.And all data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Mean operative time was 65min（35～140min）.There was no death in this group.All patients were 3 months～2 years.IPSS decreased from 24.9 to 8.0 and Qmax increased from 10.3ml/s to 19.3ml/s preoperatively.RUV everage 20ml（5～55ml）.Conclusion Combined use of TUVP and TURP for the treatment of BPH is safe and efficient with low complications.And could remove hyperplastic prostatic tissue quickly.
