| 摘 要： | 目的:观察健脾丸加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:对89例糖尿病患者在西药常规控制血糖的基础上,随机分成两组,应用健脾丸加减(治疗组)与服用多潘立酮片(对照组)进行疗效比较,4周为1个疗程,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组45例,显效13例,有效28例,无效4例,有效率91.1%;对照组44例,显效9例,有效24例,无效11例,有效率75.0%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。
