| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同的静脉给药方式与静脉炎的关系。方法多种强刺激性药物联合化疗采用三种不同的静脉给药方式，观察病人静脉炎的发生率及严重程度。结果常规静脉给药组静脉炎的发生率为80％(24／30)，针柄翻转加生理盐水输注组发生率为50％(15／30)；针柄翻转加碳酸氢钠生理盐水输注组发生率为20％(6／30)。结论针柄翻转加碳酸氢钠生理盐水输注能减少多种强刺激性药物联合化疗时静脉炎的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation between phlebitis and differentmedicine given method by the vein; Method Various strong and stimulatingmedicine of chemotherapy treatment were adapt by three kinds of differentmedicine given method by veins, and observed the occurrence rate of phlebitisand serious degree. Result The phlebitis rate of normal group was 80%(24/30),the needle handle retrace and NS infusion group was 50%(15/30), the needlehandle retrace and SB infusion group was 20%(6/30). Conclusion The phlebitis can be reduced by the needle handle retrace and SB infusion in various strong and stimulating medicine of chemotherapy treatment |
