腹腔镜联合宫腔镜诊断子宫畸形126例临床分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜联合宫腔镜诊断先天性子宫畸形的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2004年1月-2008年12月间收治的126例经腹腔镜联合宫腔镜诊断先天性子宫畸形病例资料。结果：子宫纵隔48例；双子宫39例；残角子宫8例；单角子宫3例；双角子宫10例；鞍状子宫18例。术前患者行B超、HSG及宫腔镜检查，均有漏诊、误诊。结论：腹腔镜联合宫腔镜是诊断先天性子宫畸形的金标准，同时可使复杂的生殖道畸形手术更安全、准确。

Diagnostic Laparoscopy Combined with Hysteroscopy Uterine Malformation Clinical Analysis of 126 Cases

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy congenital uterine abnormalities of clinical value. Methods： Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2004 between-2008 In December of 126 cases treated by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy diagnostic information on congenital malformations in the uterus. Results： 48 cases of uterine mediastinal ; 39 cases of double uterus ; 8 cases of rudimentary horn of uterus; three cases of a single horn of uterus; 10 cases of double uterus; 18 cases of uterine saddle. Preoperative patients with B-line, HSG and hysteroscopy were missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis. Conclusion： Diagnostic laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy is a congenital malformation of the uterus gold standard, and better reproductive tract malformation complex operation more secure and accurate.
