| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨应用循证护理方法制定和实施膝关节镜手术配合的效果。[方法]根据膝关节镜手术特点，通过文献检索等方法寻找循证支持，对96例膝关节镜手术采用循证配合方法。[结果]膝关节镜手术效果满意，手术时间和住院时间缩短，膝关节活动度改善，无严重并发症出现。[结论]通过循证护理制订的配合方法能提高手术效率，改善手术效果，对提高护理质量有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To study the effect of Evidence- based nursing（EBN） in cooperation during knee arthrosoopy operations. [ Methods ] According to special of knee arthroscopy operations,we find evidence -based through seareh papers and apply to cooperation of evidence - based from 96 patients undergone knee arthroscopy operatins. [ Results ] Under EBN in cooperation, the effects of operation was satisfaetied and the time of surgery and hospitalization was reduced. ROM was improved. No severe eomplications were found. [ Conclusion] EBN in cooperation may improve surgical efficiency and increase therapeutic effeets of the surgery and improve nursing quality. |
