摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值及临床应用.方法:回顾性分析12例经手术及病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤的CT表现特点.结果:肿瘤位于胃部4例;十二指肠3例;空肠3例;回肠2例.肿块直径<5.0 cm者4例;直径≥5.0 cm者8例.肿瘤呈圆形或椭圆形,密度均匀2例;密度不均匀8例;囊实性混合2例.增强扫描均匀强化2例;呈不均匀强化10例.术后病理证实为良性2例;交界性3例;恶性7例.结论:对胃肠道间质瘤行CT检查有助于准确定位,发现肿块,判断肿瘤性质.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the specific CT findings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)by multislice helical CT(MSCT). Methods: Aretrospective analysis of 12 cases of GIST confirmed by surgery and pathology was performed. The appearance of GIST was evaluated by MSCT. Results: There were 4 cases of GIST in the stomach, 5 cases in duodenum, 3 cases in the jejunum, 2 cases in the ileum. There were 4 patients with tumor diameter smaller than 5.0cm and 8 patients with the diameter equal or larger than 5.0cm. The lesions were round or oval in shape. The density was unifom in 2 cases not uniform in 8 cases and cystica and solid mixed in 2 cases. On enhanced CT scans, homogeneous enhancement was seen in 2 cases, homogeneous enhancement with spot-like necrosis in 10 cases. There were 2 benign neoplasms and 5 borderline pathoiogically neoplasms and 7 malignant neoplasms confirmed by post operative pathology. Conclusion: CT can detect and precisely localize GISTs, and it is helpful in differentiation of benign or malignant GISTs.
