不同年级护理本科学生自尊水平及人格特征的调查

目的 调查不同年级护理本科学生自尊水平及人格特征,为学生的职业心理教育提供理论依据和参考.方法 问卷调查法,采用自尊量表及艾森克个性问卷(成人),对护理本科1～3年级、临床实习前期及后期学生进行自尊水平及人格特征的调查.结果 学生在本科三年级的自尊水平最低(P＜0.05)；学生在掩饰性(L)维度得分,临床实习前期阶段最低,本科二年级最高(P＜0.05)；本科三年级学生的自尊与内外向(E)维度得分呈正相关,临床实习后期阶段,学生的自尊与精神质(P)维度及神经质(N)维度得分呈正相关.结论 不同年级护理本科学生的自尊水平及人格特征有所差异.护理教育者应关注学生的心理发展,培养学生良好的职业心理素质.

Self-esteem and personality of undergraduate nursing students in different learning stages

Objective To investigate the level of self-esteem and personality among undergraduate nursing students in different learning stages. Methods Using the self-esteem scale and Eysenck personality questionnaire（adult）,the level of self- esteem and personality of undergraduate nursing students in different learning stages were investigated. Results The level of self-esteem of undergraduate nursing students is the lowest in Grade Three（P〈0.05）; The scores of personality in L dimension is the lowest in the earlier stage of clinical practice,and the highest in Grade two（P〈O.05）; The level of self-esteem is positively correlated to the scores of personality in E dimension in Grade Three. The level of self-esteem is positively correlated to the scores of personality in P and N dimensions in the later stage of clinical practice. Conclusions The level of self-esteem and personality of undergraduate nursing students are different in different learning stages. Nursing educators should pay attention to students＇ psychological development,and help them to develop good vocational mental qualities.
