216例骨科手术患者抗菌药物应用情况与分析

目的 了解我院骨科手术患者抗菌药物使用情况,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物.方法 根据事先设计好的调查表,对2010年第四季度216份存档手术病历作回顾性分析.结果 抗菌药物使用率为100％,其中预防性应用占93.5％；氨曲南使用频率最高,其次是头孢类、青霉素类.结论 我院骨科手术病历使用抗菌药物存在诸多不合理用药现象,应加强预防性抗菌药物的合理使用.

Analysis of Antibacterial Drugs Used in 216 Patients on Orthopaedic Surgery

To understand the antimicrobial drug use on orthopedic surgery patients in our hospital and guide clinical use of anfimicrobial drugs. Methods According to pre-designed questionnaire, 216 archived surgical records of the fourth quarter of 2010 were retrospectively analysed. Results The antibiotics use rate was 100%, prophylactic use accounted for 93.5%; aztreonam was most frequently used, followed by cephalosporin and penicillin. Gorlclusion There are many irrational use ofantimicrobial drugs in orthopedic surgery. It＇s necessary to strengthen the rational use of prophylactic antibiotics.
