| 摘 要： | 目的:对用第四方物流的模式运作医用高值耗材进行分析.方法:分析高值耗材在医院现行的物流模式及其弊端、用第四方物流模式运作的特点及其对医院高值耗材供应链的改造能力.结果:结合医疗器械行业的现状,提出如何用第四方物流的模式运作医用高值耗材.结论:第四方物流能够从整体上进行产品供应链的改造,提高运作效率,降低物流成本,实现对医用高植耗材的科学管理.

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the fourth party logistics mode to manage high-value medical consumables. Methods： We analyzed the current logistics mode of high-value medical consumables in hospital and pointed out its defects. Then the characteristics and ability to rebuild high-value medical consumables supply chain of the fourth party logistics were mentioned. Results： The fourth party logistics mode to manage high-cost medical consumables is introduced in current medical device trades. Conclusion： The fourth party logistics can be used to rebuild medical consumables supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs. |
