磁共振成像检查患者焦虑情绪的因素分析及护理干预

目的:关注患者在核磁共振检查中不同心理特征,针对患者产生的焦虑情绪原因进行分析调查,并根据患者的心理特征制定相应的护理对策。方法:对260例核磁共振平扫、动态增强扫描的患者,给予检查前注意事项、静脉及穿刺的选择、安全检查等各个环节的心理护理。结果:根据不同患者的心理特征,制定相应护理对策,并通过对患者的护理干预,98%的患者能够配合核磁共振增强扫描检查的顺利完成。结论:在核磁共振检查中对患者焦虑情绪因素分析,并实施正确的护理干预非常必要,心理护理可以消除患者的紧张、焦虑、恐惧等不良心理情绪,对确保影像质量具有十分重要的意义。

Analysis of anxiety factors in patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging and nursing interventions

Objective： To focus on the status of MRI in patients with different psychological characteristics, ease the anxiety of patients, and MRI were suspended analyze the reasons for investigation, and to develop appropriate care strategies based on the patient＇s psychological characteristics. Methods： For 260 patients receiving flat scanning or enhanced scanning of MRI, we told them the instructions before the examination and analyze the factors for their anxiety. Then corresponding measures were taken to ease their anxiety. Results： After taking corresponding measures, 98% of the patients could undergo the examination successfully. Conclusion： During MRI examination, giving psychological interventions is important for patients to successfully undergo the procedure. Meanwhile, the image quality can be ensured.
